For managed service providers
Your clients need results. Give your team a connected way to deliver.
Every platform in your stack sells speed. Seraph helps resolve the ticket and gives you a correlated record: who authorized it, what scoped privilege it used, what the target confirmed, and what recovery was declared. Use that record in a quarterly review, an insurance questionnaire, or a renewal conversation.
Your operating scope
Compare the work your team needs to deliver.
Review your current subscriptions, the capabilities you will keep and the operations Seraph will support. Bundles and licensing units differ; a generic stack total is not a savings estimate.
Autonomous execution starts with certified runbooks; broader coverage remains in development.
The commercial argument
One record. Three audiences. Nothing extra to produce.
This is the part no other platform in your stack is even attempting: turning work you already did into an artifact your client's own advisers can inspect. It is not a report you write. It is the operation itself, filtered.
What you can answer now
Five conversations that used to end in “we'll get back to you”.
| What you get asked | What today's stack can send | What Seraph sends |
|---|---|---|
| “What did you actually do on our network this quarter?” | A ticket count and a summary somebody wrote | Every operation, each with the target machine's own confirmation, under your branding |
| “What is your automation allowed to do, and how would you know if it did something else?” | Prose, and a screenshot of a policy screen | The privilege each operation actually held, scoped and with its expiry |
| “Does anyone at your firm hold standing admin on our systems?” | A spreadsheet, accurate as of the day it was made | Leases minted per operation and revoked on a clock — no shared admin account |
| “What changed on this server last Tuesday?” | Four systems, cross-referenced by timestamp | One id resolves the command, the job, the confirmation and the undo |
| “Prove the work on this invoice.” | Ticket notes | The operation record — which the client can verify without calling you |
The middle column is not an insult to your tools. A PSA is excellent at billing and an RMM is excellent at fleet control. Neither was ever built to produce an artifact for someone outside your company, which is exactly what a QBR, an insurer and a client's auditor are asking for.
The economics of a seat
One tenant fee. Named technician licenses. A clear endpoint allowance.
Your revenue grows when you land clients. Most of your stack's cost grows when you land endpoints. That gap is where an MSP's margin quietly goes, and it is why proof ends up rationed.
- $200 per tenant + $299 per named technician monthly. Start at $499 for one technician and 30 enrolled endpoints.
- 30 enrolled endpoints per technician. Three technicians include 90 endpoints; ten include 300; twenty include 600.
- Receipts and exports are never charged per artifact. Meter proof and you teach a team to ration it. Rationed proof is worth nothing at renewal.
- One renewal, one security review, one integration surface instead of four of each.
- Compare your actual subscriptions, retained tools and scope. Review the monthly packages.
Your bench and your walls
The AI is an extension of your technicians. It is not a replacement for them.
Nobody sells a managed service on “our robot did it”. You sell it on your people being accountable for the outcome — so the record has to name them, and they have to be able to step in without breaking the chain.
Take the wheel, mid-operation
When Marcus wants it himself, one click hands him the operation. He works under his own fresh lease, in the same operation, landing in the same receipt — not a second job with a second story.
Commanded autonomy →One wall per client
Each client is a sub tenant: its own records, storage, policies and branding. Trust runs one way only — your primary workspace reaches into your own sub tenants, and nothing reaches back or sideways. The same rule binds the AI, not just people.
Roles & multi-tenancy →Your name on the cover
Exports go out branded as yours, per client and per period, in PDF for people and JSON or CSV for systems. The recipient can check the record without asking us anything, which is the only reason forwarding it is worth doing.
Reporting & exports →What MSP owners ask us first.
Is this a rip-and-replace of our RMM?
It is designed to be the one platform, and the honest answer is that most firms do not swap everything on day one. Start with one client and one class of ticket, run it alongside what you have, and compare what comes out the other end. The thing to compare is not speed — it is what you can hand the client afterwards. Bring your migration constraints to a demo and we will tell you where the seams are.
Do our clients see the receipts, or do we?
You decide, per client. The record is yours; the export is what leaves the building. Most firms hold the raw records internally and send the quarterly pack and the questionnaire answer — both branded as yours. Reporting and exports covers the formats.
What happens when the AI cannot finish the job?
It stops safely and hands the operation to a person, and it still produces a receipt. A failed operation is a real outcome: what was attempted, what privilege it held, where it stopped, what the machine reported, and whether the declared undo ran. When your technician picks it up, they get a fresh lease under their own name and the work continues in the same operation.
Do we pay more as clients grow?
Not for endpoints, receipts, exports, retention or verification runs — none of those are billing axes. You pay per technician seat. If your headcount grows because you have won more work, that is the bill going up for a reason you are happy about. The pricing page states the whole thing.
Can we sell this as our own service?
The evidence goes out under your branding, so what your client sees is your service and your proof. What you charge for your service is your commercial decision. Seraph includes 30 enrolled endpoints per licensed technician. Bring the shape you want to a demo and we will be straight about what we can support today.
What is the Foundation Circle?
Discuss your first recurring operation and the scope you need. Standard monthly pricing applies; no separate discounted rate is advertised. The terms are written out here.
Bring your hardest client question
We will run an operation and hand you the record it produces.
Fifteen minutes, live, on a real system. Bring a client question about automation, privileged access, or evidence and we will inspect the relevant workflow with you.
